DQ500 DSG 7-Speed Transmission TCU Clutch Pressure Sensor Pair — 0BH / 0BT / 0DL

Hydraulic pressure sensor pair (G545 / G546) for the DQ500 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. These sensors are fitted inside the mechatronic unit and measure hydraulic pressure at clutch packs K1 and K2, feeding real-time data to the TCU to regulate clutch engagement. Failure of these sensors is one of the most common causes of DQ500 transmission faults, resulting in clutch control errors, limp mode, and restricted gear availability.

Always replace both sensors together.
