That is what LRI stands for, and it has been the idea behind the business since day one. When a European car throws a fault, the dealer answer is usually a new module, a new assembly, a four figure invoice. Ours is different. Most of the time the part can be rebuilt, reprogrammed, or replaced with a quality unit for a fraction of the cost. That is what we do.
Our story
LRI Autoparts started in 2018 supplying quality used replacement parts for European vehicles. Word got around, demand grew, and so did the range. Today we stock used, reconditioned and brand new parts side by side, so you can choose the option that suits your budget and how long you plan to keep the car.
We specialise in BMW, Audi and the wider Volkswagen Group, and we carry a broad range of late model replacement parts across all European makes. Electronic modules, mechatronics, body and interior components, suspension and steering, cooling, service and repair parts.
Electronics, programming and repair
This is where we are genuinely different from a regular parts supplier.
Our owner, Rohan, comes from a software and electronics background and has spent years working hands on with European control units. He has developed some of Australia's first bench programming techniques, allowing modules to be read, coded, repaired and cloned outside the vehicle. In practice that means no dealer appointment, no towing a dead car across town, and a substantial saving passed on to the customer.
Every electronic part we supply is tested and, where required, programmed to your vehicle before it ships. You get a unit that is ready to fit, not a gamble from a wrecking yard shelf.
The team behind the parts
What began as a one man operation has grown into a proper team, including full time sourcing staff whose entire job is finding the highest quality product available anywhere in the world and putting it in front of Australian customers.
Years of trading have earned us strong relationships with major OEM suppliers. That matters for one simple reason: we buy OEM quality product close to the source, rather than through several layers of local distribution that each take a margin on the way through. Same quality part, better price for you.

Alongside LRI Autoparts sit Euro ECU Clinic, our engine and transmission control unit programming and repair division, and DSG Parts, supplying DSG and mechatronic components. Together they give us depth across parts, electronics and technical repair that few suppliers in Australia can match.
Where we are
We operate warehouses in Ingleside, Sydney and on the Gold Coast, with a third facility in Hong Kong supporting our international supply. That footprint lets us hold deeper stock, ship faster to both east coast metro areas, and source directly from overseas rather than through a middleman.
